A Year-Round Celebration of Lyme Regis ArtsFest's 10th Anniversary
In a year filled with once-in-a-lifetime celebrations, Lyme Regis ArtsFest will be holding events throughout the summer and coming year to honour its tenth birthday.
The Queen's Jubilee Exhibition: 60 Artists Celebrate 60 Years
PREVIEW: Friday 25th May 6-8pm at the Town Mill Galleries. Come for a first peek at this engaging show and enjoy some refreshments and music with the artists!

ArtsFest and the Town Mill Arts Guild have joined together to present this Jubilee exhibition. Sixty local artists have created original artwork in all media to mark their responses to the Queen, her Diamond Jubilee and the past 60 years. From the expected to the unexpected!
Your Royal Portrait - 2-5 June, 11am-4pm, Lister Room, Marine Parade Shelters
Make a crown to take home, dress up in royal robes and have your official portrait taken by Lyme photographer Maisie Hill at this drop-in Jubilee workshop hosted by ArtsFest. All ages welcome!

Still the main event, this year we're hosting exciting new features across the arts spectrum, including:
- Group Exhibition, The Malthouse, Town Mill complex: NEW! our cheeky theme--What on Earth!--honours this summer's Jurassic Coast Earth Festival
- Group Exhibition, Baptist Church Hall, Broad Street: 34 local artists exhibit their latest in a congenial venue
- NEW! Extended openings with 3 late nights (13, 14, 15 Sept; 5-7pm) at Baptist Church Hall & Malthouse
- NEW! Chat about art and inspiration at 'Meet the Artists' sessions, daily 2.30pm at the Baptist Church Hall
- Events/Workshops: throughout the festival there will be workshops, special exhibitions, demos, talks and events in the Marine Parade Shelters, Marine Theatre, Lyme Regis Museum and other local venues

- Art Trail: Experience art in unusual contexts! Wherever you are in Lyme over these 9 days, you'll see our artist's work in the windows and interiors of over 100 local shops and businesses
- NEW! On Thursday 13 Sept, ArtsFest launches its unique collaboration with the Lyme Regis Museum, a project called 're:collection'. This year-long initiative is the umbrella for a number of plays, artworks, books, music, photographs and interactive projects that will take their inspiration from artefacts in the Museum.
